Getting in touch
The first step is to contact me. You can do this here, on the website, by email (info@tattoobyalexandra.com), or on Instagram. In this message, please include the part of the body where you would like the tattoo, the approximate size, and a detailed description of your idea.
2. step

Planning & Consultation

After you contact me, the consultation will follow. This can be in person or online, depending on what is more convenient for you and the nature of the project. In some cases, I insist on a personal consultation. We will discuss the details and clarify any questions that arise.

3. step

Quote & Booking

After the consultation, I will give you a quote, if you are satisfied with the offer, we can book the desired date.

A deposit is required for booking, which ensures that both parties take the meeting seriously. The deposit is 20-30% of the price, this can be arranged by bank transfer or in person.

Important information

  • I work in a private studio, so booking an appointment is necessary!
  • The advance payment secures your place at the appointment, until this is arranged, you can freely take the place for someone else.
  • The advance payment is not refundable under any circumstances, so please only book if you can show up at the appointment.
  • If something happens, if you cancel outside of 10 days, we can reschedule the appointment, if you cancel within 10 days, we can look for a new appointment with the condition of paying the advance payment again.
  • If you expect a delay, be sure to let me know!
