Before tattooing

The days before the tattoo play a KEY role in making sure I can work as beautifully, quickly and painlessly as possible. Follow the guide below and let’s lay the ideal foundation!

  • Drink at least 2.5-3 liters of water every day for a week before your appointment, your skin reacts better if it is well hydrated
  • Apply moisturizing body lotion to the affected area (not on the day of the tattoo)
  • Sleep well the night before the appointment, an exhausted body reacts more difficultly to pain
  • Eat properly before the tattoo, but don’t eat too much
  • Avoid alcohol and drugs at least 24 hours before the tattoo
  • Your skin should not be sunburned
  • Come in comfortable clothes, something you won’t regret
  • If you are coming for a longer period of time, have water, food, and small snacks with you
  • Don’t stress! I’m talking to first-time-tattoo clients here, I know it can be scary at first, but don’t panic, if you follow the instructions, the work will go smoothly and you will have a good, real experience!
On the day of the tattoo
At the beginning, we will discuss the final details of the design, and if everything is in order, we can start working. You can ask for a break at any time during the tattoo process to feel comfortable.
